Description:
 The New SIM Inserted message is truncated in the dropdown menu with the language set to Turkish. The description ends in ellipses.

Pre-requistes:
Have SIM card inserted.
Ensure that cost control has not been set up yet.

Repro Steps:
1. Update Leo device to build 20130716070204.
2. Set language to Turkish (Türkçe) in the options menu.
3. Swipe down from the top of the screen to bring down the dropdown menu.
4. Observe that the description of the "New SIM inserted" message appears truncated, ending in ellipses.

Actual:
The description of the "New SIM inserted" message appears truncated, ending in ellipses.

Expected:
The message is displayed fully without truncation.

This was fixed later on, but WONTFIX for this older version.
