Please go to http://mozilla.org/hacking/form.html and fill out the CVS 
contributor form.  Also, you will need to obtain a voucher and 3 SRs in order to 
be granted write access.

Thank you for your help.

I faxed the form to Marcia Knous. 
BTW, my email address ([e-mail]) is not permanent
although it'll be valid until (perhaps) next June(or this December).
Therefore, I prefer to commit my patch with my permanent email
address (<[e-mail]>) if that isn't much of a hassle. 
I've already opened an account with that address and sent the mozilla
contributor form with that address as well as the one with
[e-mail]. It'll be nice to know how to proceed in
this case.

Form received.  Jungshik: Blizzard has agreed to be one SR, you will still need 
to get 2 more.  Go to http://mozilla.org/hacking/reviewers.html to see the list 
of SRs that are available - I would suggest adding them to this bug or 
contacting them by email so that they can see your patches.
