See bug 894913 for the same problem on other pads.
This is not a broken etherpad in the same way the others were broken - the others couldn't even load their pages, while this etherpad loads (though I do see the "Our Etherpad was briefly broken (bug 894984). Today's previous notes were lost.")

In the administrative UI it looks like the document started when you wrote that first bullet point that things were lost. In this case it actually does look lost :(
