Steps to reproduce:

I chose the preloaded message for an approved application, then clicked Save.


Actual results:

Landing on a « Server Error » page of the Marketplace. See screenshot attached.


Expected results:

I should have been redirected back to Reviewer tools main apps queue (https://marketplace.firefox.com/reviewers/apps/queue/)
