Bug 886887 has a problem in that landing it would cause issues during deployment, since we cannot upgrade our entire production environment in lockstep with each other. This would result in some users getting broken pages. If we run multiple versions of the MakeAPI side by side, then we won't have this problem.
We did this in another patch
