I don't see this on any 4.0+ devices, but on this 2.3 device, it's present in at least aurora and nightly.
When scrolling upwards and hiding the urlbar, the page content that is being scrolled up doesn't get repainted correctly, and leaves a gray bar instead.

which nightly? This should be fixed in the latest nightly with bug 890006.

Ah you're correct, this was fixed with an update to nightly.
