Bug 879792 added a copy of the STLport source to our tree (with modifications from Android). Note, as mentioned in that bug or bug 850576, that before that, we were statically linking against a Android NDK-provided STLport library, meaning we might need to add the same license text on older versions, too.

Same text, but with some ifdefs to avoid the license to spill in builds that don't have stlport.

This isn't strictly necessary because of the disclaimer at the top of the page, but assuming you've tested it works both ways, r=gerv.
