now that we're officially switched over, we should merge the socorro-crashstats repository into socorro and discontinue the socorro-crashstats repo.
a subtree merge should bring all the history with it
jenkins will need to be reworked to look in webapp-django, but operations shouldn't have to change anything else in our deploy process.
