We need to split up sidebar tab directory and sidebar get more tabs. They need
to go to different urls.

ok, Sidebar Directory is pointing to the wrong URL, filed bugscape bug
http://bugscape.netscape.com/show_bug.cgi?id=8227
as for "Find more tabs", I believe its pointing to the right URL:
http://channel.netscape.com/sidebar/sbd/index.tmpl
Reopen if this is incorrect. I was never given a spec for the URLs.
verified in 8/1 trunk build.
