steps to reproduce:

1. Start MP Dev
2. Search for a paid for application which can be purchased using CC. 
3. Enter/confirm pin. 
4. Enter the credit card information. 
5. Select buy.


expected behavior:
Payment should complete with no error messages and the user should be able to download the app. 


observed behavior:

The user is presented with the message "Error Could not record Bango success"

This is on dev. It arose because we switched off the mock, because it was requested for testing https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=889909#c12. If we should just close because its -dev, let us know.
