895610 - Centered text in <button>s is broken

Some text blocks that are meant to be centered are showing up on the top of their containing block instead. I'm not sure if this is specific to <button>, but the two examples that I'm providing here are..

I actually think I've seem this problem showing up in various websites for about 1+ week or so, but I probably dismissed that as just bad CSS.. I noticed that the pattern was getting too common and today I found these two testcases.  It works properly in the latest Release (FF22), but not on Nightly (Jul-18)
