While 5 new threads per day are a good upper limit for non-spammers, the 5 posts/day limit are too restrictive. We should increase that to 15. Few contributors should run into that limit and we'd still have few spam posts to deal with in case we catch a spammer with it.
This is super easy to fix. Adding the mentor flag in case somebody new can get to it before us.
