This is the site I was using when I noticed this:

Especially during the first load, the page seemed to jump around a lot.  Pressing reload didn't have the exact same effect, though.

Sorry I don't have a better STR.  I'm running 22.0 (release) on an Galaxy Nexus with stock JB 4.2.2.
