After the MozIdP change over, webmaker@mozilla.com no longer worked. I believe this was a distribution list within Zimbra. Please make this a ZimbraAlias on kat@mozillafoundation.org.
Ok mailbox deleted and created the alias webmaker@mozilla.com for kat@mozillafoundation.org. Try again in an hour or so and let me know if it works
