User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:25.0) Gecko/20130713 Firefox/25.0 (Nightly/Aurora) Build ID: 20130713030205 Steps to reproduce: Regression. Many sites use input type="submit", or type="button" or <button> elements. Actual results: Text vertical position on those elements always was in the middle of element. Now it is on top. Expected results: This broke appearance on many sites, like Youtube for example. See attachment.
