Android should implement a scheme similar to the one used for desktop Firefox in bug 871372.

Attached is a WIP patch that follows bug 871372, but doesn't work yet.

Feel free to rename the file: AndroidPushServiceLauncher.js -> PushServiceLauncher.js

since you are in /mobile/android/...
