89621 - remove unused KB1, KB2 and KB3 keywords

I'm removing these keywords. There were three very old bugs using the keyword
and all 3 were closed.  # keywords for 3 closed bugs doesn't warrant the loss in
keyword usability. sairuh, you're the only one in any way connected to those 3
bugs as the QA contact. lake is the one who added the 3 words and she's not
objecting.If you have objections please let me know here and I'll consider
adding them back. Thanks.

KB1 Netscape UE group use only: these bugs are necessary keyboard accelerators
and navigation strokes for Netscape's nsbeta3. 
KB2 Netscape UE group use only: these bugs are necessary keyboard accelerators
and navigation strokes for post release after Netscape 6 to be fixed. 
KB3 Netscape UE group use only: these bugs are nice to have fixes for keyboard
accelerators and navigation strokes after Netscape 6.
