 Client cannot be capable of creating MMs with Portrait layout
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 From PICS:
 ics_portait	Client is capable of creating MMs with Portrait layout	
 
 1. Create a MMS, add a picture and edit some text, find cannot set the layout(Text on top or Text on bottom)->ko.1
 2. Receive a mms with text above the image, read it, find text still displayed on bottom->ko.2
 
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 Client is capable of creating MMs with Portrait layout

It's a block certification.

I think we can simply uncheck ics_portait from MMS PICS because text layout position is never part of our user stories and MMSCONF- MED-C-025 is an OPTIONAL item[1] on MMS-CONF.

I don't think it's invalid; we don't support layouts in our MMS implementation, quite on purpose (it's complex and nobody really cares).

I'd rather put WONTFIX, but I don't think it's INVALID.

Agree with Julien, this is in fact a valid bug since the creation mode of Portrait/Landscape is defined in OMA MMS spec and it is also true that we don't support this creation mode feature in FFOS, so change the bug to WONTFIX.

And BTW, all the MMS sent by FFOS are default of Portrait mode
