896444 - Add "Best Makes" messaging to Webmaker homepage

As discussed with Brett, suggest adding something to the text on Webmaker.org homepage that points out the Makes on the homepage have been hand-curated, and are featured because they're the best of the week. 

To keep from you having to edit anything too big, suggest changing the text at top entitled "Make Something with Webmaker" to the following:

"Make Something with Webmaker. We're a global community that doesn't just use the web. We make it by creating, remixing and teaching. Here are this week's best. Sign up and make your own!"

Alternative: "Here are some of the best", etc. Would be great to discuss this further and see what you think works best!

Hi Dale, any update on status of this? Seems it also might work to add banner to homepage with more info/link to blog post - but for now, basic editing of text would be great. Let me know where I can help?

Hey guys I'm re-opening this, I don't like the flow of the copy here. I feel it distracts from the sign up CTA.  I think we need something like "We're a global community that doesn't just use the web, we make it by creating, remixing and teaching - check out what we did this week below, or sign up to start making."

That doesn't seem THAT different, so adding erikaD as a cc to suggest better language.

Happy to change language/have ErikaD do copy, but would want to push back on the "what we did this week" part so that it does feel like the frontpage shows the best(or most inspiring/amazing/etc) of the week, rather than just a random selection.

This fits a bit nicer in the space at just two lines.
