Details
Tested 6-28-08 Win32 build.
Step of reproduce
1. Copy the above page to the local directory same as Apprunner.exe is located.
(DETECTCH.EXE should be located in the same directory.)
2. Type euc-tw.html | DETECTCH zhtwpsm 1024
The result charset is BIG5. It should be EUC-TW.

This page include UNDEFINED EUC-TW characters. The detector will detect those
code point are undefined and therefore it is not EUC-TW. Please use REAL LIFE
