DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
Adjust ringer volume on idle is not consistent with sound interface.
REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
1.Access Settings app.->Sound->Enable Vibrate
2.Then slide "Ringer & Notificatins" bar->You'll find Vibrate kept on.->OK
3.Press home key twice back to idle->Short press volume up/down key->Access Settings app. again->Sound->You'll find Vibrate became off.->KO
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
When adjust ringer volume on idle should be consistent with adjust on sound interface.->OK
