Lawrence pointed out on Yammer that our current crash reporter's submit URL string [1] is misleading in a way.
Bug 815684 originally added a feature that always included Fennec logcat (i.e. Java-side Fennec logs) when a crash report is sent.
Later on, bug 847856 made it so that these logs are included only when the submit URL box is checked. So as a whole, we are including less logs, but the submit URL string is no longer accurate as a result.
We can possibly alter the submit URL string, or add a separate option to include logs.
