Current linux CVS:

Trying to load http://www.abracadabra.no causes a hang before anything renderes.

Stepping through it in gdb seems to reveal a cpu intensive loop somewhere
between nsParser::DetectMetaTag and PL_strncasecmp
Initially i also saw DetectMetaTag__8nsParserPCciR8nsStringR15nsCharsetSource
fly by, right before the loop.

Result: Have to kill moz to "cure" the freeze
Reproducable: Always.
Attached patch Patch v1.1Splinter Review
