Steps to reproduce:
1. Flash the UPDATE.APP
2. Power on the device.
Actual results:
It does not fill the whole area of LCD with the third LOGO, there is a black bar on the top of the LOGO, like a status bar.

Expected results:
It should fill the whole area of LCD with the third LOGO, not just part of the LCD.
