User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:22.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/22.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20130618035212 Steps to reproduce: 1) Open any website, say www.mozilla.org . 2) Press F11.(in Windows; takes FF to full screen) 3) Move the mouse to top of the page to access tab bar or navigation toolbar Actual results: The navigation toolbar and tab bar appear by moving the webpage down with a sudden and disturbing thud. Expected results: The navigation toolbar and tab bar should have appeared over the webpage without disturbing the scroll bar or the webpage. This happens in other browsers like Chrome, IE, Safari.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 The whole top side of the browser fullscreen experience should be improved. When entering Fullscreen mode, there is a transparent bar that stays at the top of the browser. When moving the mouse up to get the navigation bar, the transparent bar disappears and the navigation bar is displayed as the reporter says: much too sudden. It should appear descending slower on the top of the screen.

This is not a critical issue. The experience is not too pleasant and it definitely should be improved, but it doesn't break any functionality, it doesn't crash anything etc.
