89768 - Right click "Open Link in New Window" opens home page from browser

Similar to 87835, except this affects the general browser functionality.  Right
click on any link in a browse window, and you get the default home page, not the
page you expected.

83370 implies that functionality may be affected by theme switches.  I'm running
the modern theme, which I switched to several versions back.  I've noticed that
the default theme on a fresh install is the traditional skin.  Since I switched
to the modern theme a few versions ago, that skin has remained the version that
Mozilla defaults to after an uninstall / reinstall when I upgrade to a new version.

Verified. This is indeed a duplicate of bug 89345 --Open URL in new window gives
only homepage (e.g. mozilla.org)
