STR
1. load the testcase
2. move the window to the bottom of your screen
3. resize the window height to ~700px
4. double-click the combobox

ACTUAL RESULTS
On Windows, the combobox drop-down menu covers the geolocation door-hanger.
Double-clicking again near the top of the drop-down menu is likely to
cause the button in the door-hanger to be clicked.

On Linux and OSX, the combobox drop-down menu is not open after 4,
so it's not a problem. It seems like a bug that there's a difference.
