Details

pbx.pdx1 is up and running now.  It is talking to both Ringring and pbx.sfo1 via dundi, and calls route sucessfully.  I've added pdx1 to the is list of hosts in the available extensions script, but it is still failing to show extensions being used in Portland as "in use."
Added this line:

pbxname => local-extensions,0,IAX2,portland,nopartial

To the [mappings] section of dundi.conf on pbx1.voip.pdx1.
