Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130725070209
2) Flash the Device 
3) Set the language to catalan in the FTE setup
4) Take a screenshot
5) observe the notification text appears truncated.

Actual:
The Screenshot notification text appears truncated on Homescreen

Expected:
The Screenshot notification text does not appears truncted on Homescreen
