Issue: search summary is missing "All regions" when no region has been selected in the search.
Description: If you select Latin America and search. The search summary indicates "X videos for [query] in Latin America", but if you don't select anything and leave All Regions selected, the symmary goes: "X videos for [query] in"

Verified All Regions exists and is default search option on dev.
