Can I please have a Win7 slave? I have some of tbpl-only oranges that are blocking my work, and I'd like faster feedback, if possible. It would also make RyanVM's day if I fixed more of these.

We're going to tackle this a different way. In a few weeks I'll be replacing a central part of our MP4 decoding stack, and that should deal with the recent spike in orange media tests on Windows. I no longer need a loaner slave.
