 It will back to idle when refused the call 
 
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Long press the idle to set the wallpaper.
 2.Select from Gallery.
 3.On picture list make a MT call,refused the call,find it back to idle. --KO
 
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 It will not back to idle when refused the call.

Can you please help If idle mean homescreen here ? In that case this does not seem like a blocker as it is easily recoverable.

Yes,it means homescreen. I think when the user Long press the homescreen to set the wallpaper from Gallery, then a call incoming, when the call ended, it is better to back the select wallpaper page.

Is this a regression ? 

Also looks like the user impact is minimal here, meaning there is no way this bug would be blocking a user from performing any functionality.So, pushing this to koi? for now.
