User Story:

As a user I want to be able to stop an in progress count down and resume it when I chose in order to be able to pause it if I chose.


Acceptance Criteria:

1. If I have started a count down, I can manually stop the count down, pausing it at the time remaining.
2. If I have stopped a count down, I can manually resume the count down.
3. I am able to start and stop a count down as often as I like until the count down completes.
