User Story:

As a user I want to be able to see how much time has elapsed since a notification for the count down timer has been triggered so that I am able to determine how late my response to the event is.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. When looking at the count down timer after the timer reached 0, I can see how much time has since elapsed.
2. I can stop the count down timer after it reaches 0, so that it will no longer increment the time that has elapsed since reaching 0.
Accidental nom. Not a blocking feature.

It's not clear when this screen should actually be shown or for how long. If the Timer view is the currently displayed view, this can be shown after the timer ends; what about a timer that ends while the device is off or app is closed (assume it wasn't paused when the device shut down or closed). Does the app show this screen when opened next? Does the "Ended 20 Minutes Ago" update every minute until the user presses "New Timer"?

The notification of the timer ending should be covered by bug 898354. I don't think it matters if this screen is shown by default when the app is opened next (I'll let UX chime in on that, though).
Yes, I'd expect that the "Ended 20 Minutes ago..." is updated until the user presses "New Timer" or stops the timer. Perhaps some limit makes sense though since the user may never return. UX?
