89846 - "Send Unsent Messages" does nothing when "Unsent Messages" folder is selected

If you click on the "Send Unsent Messages" option on the menu when "Unsent
Messages" folder is selected, or select "Unsent Messages" folder, call local
pop-up menu, click "Sent Unsent Messages", nothing happens.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose a short email message to yourself.
2. Click "Send Later" menu item. The message is now in folder "Unsent Messages"
of a "Local folders" account.
3. By mouse right-click call the local menu for "Unsent Messages" folder. Click
"Send Unsent Messages" item.
4. Click at "File/Send Unsent Messages" menu item.
5. Select folder in different account and again click "File/Send Unsent
Messages" menu item.

Actual Results:  Nothing happens on steps 3, 4, the message still in folder
"Unsent Messages".
No indication on step 5 due to bug 81625, but "Unsent Messages" folder is empty,
the message is sent and can be received.

Expected Results:  Unsent Messages should be sent by using any way, used on
steps 3-5.
