Tested on 2013-07-26 using latest nightly. While testing the story in bug 854077 I noticed that the DNT functionality didn't seem to be working judging by what the donottrack.us page said.

In addition, if I change the preference, it reverts back to the original value after I close the browser and bring it back up again (bug 898641).

Steps:
1. Open Firefox Metro
2. Go to the Settings and tap on Options
3. Scroll down to the Do Not Track options.
- Notice by default the radio button indicates "I do not want to be tracked"
4. Visit http://donottrack.us/

Expected: The page will say my browser supports do not track and it will say I have it enabled.

Actual: The page will say my browser supports do not track, but it will also say "You have not enabled 'Do Not Track'."
