Please setup the PDX PBX to ring on the 7911 extension just like the MTV,SFO,TOR are configured. Thanks, Brian.

I'm guessing x441 - Created helpdesk-pdx hunt list on the pdx server, set it to target x441 - Added *helpdesk extension to /etc/asterisk/user_extensions_local.include on the pdx server, directed it to the above hunt list. - Added 779*helpdesk to the list of dial targets for the helpdesk-all hunt list in mtv (7 is route via interoffice, 79 or PX is portland, helpdesk-all is what answers x7911 everywhere)
