Sync flyout- color inconsistency

Stephen, we need to define the visual styles for flyout content. 

Currently the links are in orange color. 

Since we used Nightly dark blue for the flyout header, in my original mockup, all the hyperlinks on flyout are in bright blue #0095dd.

Can you review the colors and let us know what color is the best choice? thanks!

We have been using #0090ff other places (like FHR) would be good to standardize if possible.
