Judging from other meta bugs similar to this one (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=892075), there are several strings that are too long to fit in their allocated line space.
The issue is extremely common when localizing easily shortened English expressions to different locales, where the equivalent can't be shortened or it looks horrible.
For example, English to Croatian: Data Network Menu -> Postavke podatkovne mreže (Postavke podatk. mreže), happens in a lot of other locales as well.

Proposed systematic solution:
- Implement string auto-scrolling on static strings in menu titles and entries and where needed

It solves a lot of headaches and is probably useful locale wide (even in en-US).
Need feedback from UX/Engineering on this one.

Flagging Eric to advise on this approach. Eric can rope in Patryk, Przemek et al. as necessary.

I've spoken with Przemek and Patryk about using horizontal scrolling. We don't feel it's the appropriate solutions. We're hoping to solve bugs with these issues by first checking if the string is optimize and if it is then looking at a redesign. Thanks!
