Some initial ideas for how to make /search a better experience:

* should search all fields (almost done)
* Filter should show up -after- the search field or advanced search panel
* Potentially add an advanced search panel (link to wiki or SUMO instructions)
* Filter should be optional and supplementary to general search bar
* Green search box not responsive (not sure what this means? can't replicate)
* UX of type for search is not working
* title and description need different icons (done)
* shouldn't switch from green bar background to smaller bar until the user presses search
This probably has implications for how the filter bar is working on /home and other sections, as well.
