Debug emulator tests are failing during the download-and-extract step with:

18:35:10  WARNING - Server returned status 404 HTTP Error 404: Not Found for http://pvtbuilds.pvt.build.mozilla.org//pub/mozilla.org/b2g/tinderbox-builds/cedar-generic-debug/20130714120146/emulator.crashreporter-symbols.zip
18:35:10    FATAL - Can't download from http://pvtbuilds.pvt.build.mozilla.org//pub/mozilla.org/b2g/tinderbox-builds/cedar-generic-debug/20130714120146/emulator.crashreporter-symbols.zip to /home/cltbld/talos-slave/test/build/symbols/emulator.crashreporter-symbols.zip!
18:35:10    FATAL - Caught exception: HTTP Error 404: Not Found

There seems to be some renewed developer interest in these (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mozilla.dev.b2g/i3711HURcqo) so we should probably fix them up so that developers can help fix them.
