Firefox for Metro, using the latest Nightly build 20130730 and Acer Iconia w700 tablet.

STR:
1. Load link.samsung.com and sign in
2. Download the installer and run it by switching back to the desktop
3. Go back to FF Metro and log in

Expected: I could log in or it gives me an Error message requiring that I need to login using the Desktop browser (which is what IE does)

Actual: It keeps asking me to download the installer again.
Summary: Improve error messaging when a site requires the Desktop browser → Defect - Improve error messaging when a site requires the Desktop browser

It looks like "Samsung Link" is a separate application and perhaps also a Firefox plugin.

There are lots of pages that use plugins but work completely fine without the plugin, so we should probably provide a message along the lines of this:
"Some of the content on this page requires a plugin to view properly. If this page is not displaying correctly, please try switching to desktop Firefox."

A more experienced wordsmith can figure out the exact verbiage, but I think we generally know how to proceed here.
