MS does no offline Storage permissions for that website
REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
1.Open the Browser
2.Go to http://weareallrobots.com/demos/cache.html--> browser no prompt-->KO
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
firefox browser should prompt you for permission to store offline data
