Pressing the home button when a dialog is open doesn't dismiss the dialog, but dismisses the app

This happens on a Keon running 1.0.1
I went to the Marketplace, tapped to install an app and the confirmation dialog popped up.
I then pressed the home button and could see the Marketplace app disappear through the translucent background of the dialog, but the dialog stayed on top.
Only by pressing "Cancel" I can finally get rid of the dialog.
Expected behaviour: I'm taken back to the home, OR the dialog is dismissed.
