Seen while running latest nightly using Metro, Acer Iconia W700 tablet.

STR:
1. Load intranet.mozilla.org site and attempt to login.
2. Observe attached screenshot

Hopefully this issue will disappear when bug 866304 lands. If not, it should be taken care of as a follow-up from the tab-modal prompt work.

I haven't been able to reproduce this since bug 866304 landed. Please reopen if this is still an issue.
