As depicted in pages 5-11 of bug 889556, comment 2, publishers should be able to edit which apps are featured, which collections are displayed, and the titles for each display area inside of the Marketplace. This should be possible on a per-page (homepage + each category) basis within each region.

There should also be a preview of each page, giving an approximation of how the current page will look in Fireplace.

Note: the concepts of "Promotional areas" and "promotional area types" depicted in the mocks are irrelevant for v1 of this feature. There will be fixed sections for featured apps and collections for each page.
NB: the flow to manage collections is depicted in a slightly different context in pages 16-20 of bug 889556, comment 2.
NB: the "copy layout..." button also does not apply, as the layout is fixed. For v1, that button should function to copy the content of the current page to all pages for that region.

Given the destructive nature of that task, a confirmation dialogue that clearly delineates the consequences of the action would be nice.
