Details
We should use statsd and/or Sentry logging (or JavaScript ping?) to visualize when users are experiencing a longer than usual wait time for starting a payment.
If a payment takes a long time to begin it usually means there is a Webpay traceback or a Webpay bug but it could mean a slow Bango API response time or a slow response time from Bango's start page.
