Details
The logo on the tablets in the conference rooms (I noticed it in the Francis Ford Coppola room in SF) needs to be updated to the newest version. The new logo can be found at the url included. Let me know if you need more information or have any questions. Thanks! Jennifer

Hi Jennifer - This would be handled by Tim Fairfield's team (Desktop/AV), I've cc'd Tim on this bug. Tim, let me know if you need my help on this, thanks.

Just a friendly ping again to see how this is going.

I believe Tim Fairfield is on personal leave through next week. I've added Guillermo Huerta and Zandr and Richard Milewski to the bug to see whether they can move forward on this - or know who can help.

Adding Melissa O'Connor, who I believe is covering for Tim in his absence. Melissa, Engagement brought to our attention that we need to update the logo on the conference room tablets - specifically for the SF 2nd floor Francis Ford Coppola room, but we need to make sure all conference room controls that have our logo (for all offices) get updated. The new logo can be found at the url included above. Let me know if you have questions, thanks for your help!

Should the Mozilla dino image or Mozilla logo be used instead? http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/styleguide/identity/mozilla/branding/
Comment 9•11 years ago
|
||
Good question. We're limiting the use of the dino to more community-facing areas, so I don't think it would be appropriate here. We don't have a great alternate visual symbol for Mozilla that would fit in this space, so the Fx logo is probably best.

The link I provided is this one http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/styleguide/identity/firefox/branding/ which is the Firefox logo

Yep, that looks right. Please note that the logo at the link in comment #10 is different from the one currently on the controllers (hence the bug).

This requires recompiling the Crestron control code for each room individually, so it will happen as rooms are updated. I'm adding this as a blocker to the intermediary blockers for both the Crestron controlled room history bugs and and the Extron controlled room history bugs since we will be updating those with the Sidewinder interface shortly.

Looping in Aaron from AVDG as he does our Crestron programming.

AVDG is in progress with Tim Fairfield's team to perform this work in the recently-updated rooms. When we perform the upcoming upgrades to Toronto, the new logo will be included as well.
