Details
The background color of tool bar at bottom is not correct.
Half of it is black, and halt is gray.

STR:
1. open camera app
2. switch to Video recording mode
Actual results:
preview does not fit in screen
Expected results:
preview fit in.

After the refactor/redesign that landed in 1.4 this doesn't reproduce anymore
