Description

Theo and Alizée have worked on translating and making the home page localized (and localizable) in French.

The page is ready and we have people to keep it up to date, this is time to push it live and it will help us getting up to speed for the next iteration with truely localized content (right blog posts, geolocation, local events, community links...).

CCing Jennifer as we spoke about it yesterday, as well as pmac and the localizers involved.

I am taking this bug as it will only require pushing the lang file with the active tag once the redirect for the home page is updated (bug 900493, blocking this one)
